Following the theme Our Environment filling 2 hours of fun filled activities, presented via Zoom, in separate sessions for Sparks/Brownies, and Guides/Pathfinders/Rangers.

Spots filled quickly and we have a waiting list.

Please be sure to advise Janet if you have girls who will not be attending so that we can include more from the waiting list.

The London and Area Events Team invites you to join us for our virtual Thinking Day event. 

We have 2 hours filled with fun activities based on the WAGGGS activity pack "Let's Stand Together for Peace - Stand Strong, Stand Up, Stand Together."  

We will provide all the supplies needed to use during the event. More information to come. 

There will be 2 available times for leader’s information meetings that we will need at least one leader from your unit to attend. 

They will be on
Thursday, January 28th at 7pm 
or
Sunday, January 31st at 2pm.  

You must register through Eventbrite. 
Check your email for the link.

If you do not have the link, email the London and Area Events team at londonguiding@gmail.com and provide your name and your unit name and we will send you the information.

  When ordering please include your name then for the rest you can put your unit number and community in place of your girl/leader names 
ie First name 92nd Sparks and last name Community 4 for each ticket 
and you can copy this from the first ticket. 
 Please use your own email for each ticket. 
The organizing committee will not require the names of all participants.

Hello Guiders!

You may have seen in the recent Guidepost that Ontario Council will be releasing a World Thinking Day (WTD) challenge in the January 7th GuidePost! 

Your London and Area Events Team has been busy making plans of our own for an online event on February 20, 2021 to complement their challenge! SAVE THE DATE!!

Our event will be filled with activities that build on the WAGGGS theme of Stand Strong, Stand Up and Stand Together for Peacebuilding.

Registration will begin on Eventbrite January 8th and there will be 2-hour sessions with a break geared to Sparks/Brownies age (morning) and for Guides/Pathfinders/Rangers/Trex age (afternoon). 

There will be no cost associated with the event and we will be providing all the supplies that you'll need for your unit in kits that can be picked up prior to the event.  

Along with registering your unit for the event we ask that Guiders sign up for one of our two information sessions to be held January 28th at 7pm and January 31st at 2pm.

My Co-Guider and I have been working with Eldon House here in London to put together an awesome event on February 16th for Thinking Day! This event is tailored for Guides, Pathfinders and Rangers.
